The areas

- Orla Bardot: seafront next to the centre.
- Armacao: calmer, with a beach and a village feel.
- Geriba: a long beach with a surf and younger crowd.
- Ferradura: a calm bay, popular with families.
- Joao Fernandes: small beaches and bars.
- Manguinhos: a simpler area near the entrance.
How to give the driver your address
Send the name of your hotel, Airbnb or pousada, the street and a location pin. Some Buzios streets are cobbled and narrow; the driver drops you at the closest point the access allows.
