On the way home the only thing that cannot fail is the time. The Buzios to Galeao transfer collects you at your door and drops you at departures with room for check-in.
How we set the pickup time
We start from your departure time, subtract the airline's check-in cut-off, add 2h30 to 3h of driving and a buffer for traffic. From that we propose a firm pickup time. More in what time to leave Buzios for your flight.
On the day
- Have your bags at reception 10 minutes early.
- The driver messages you on WhatsApp on arrival.
- You pay when the trip starts.
Early flights
If your flight leaves early in the morning, the pickup can be at night. Arrange it ahead: late-night transfers.
What is included
- Private air-conditioned vehicle with a driver.
- Tolls included in the fixed price.
- Door-to-door pickup and drop-off.
- Flight tracking, and the driver waits if you are delayed.
- Price per vehicle, the same in both directions.

A sample return booking
Picture an international flight at 2:00 pm. With check-in closing hours earlier, plus 3 hours of driving and a buffer for traffic, pickup at your accommodation usually lands early in the morning. With your real time we propose ours; the point is that you do not watch the clock on the highway.
Check-out and luggage
Tell your accommodation your departure time and leave the bags at reception. If your stay is on a narrow or cobbled street, the driver collects you at the closest accessible point, which we agree on WhatsApp.
If you want the last morning
With an afternoon or evening flight, you can use the morning for one last outing. Leave the pickup for the end, with margin.
