Some flights land in Rio at 2 or 3 in the morning, and some travellers leave Buzios in the dead of night for an early flight. It can be done, but it needs arranging.

Let them know about the night arrival so someone receives you or leaves access ready.

Flights that land between 00:00 and 06:00
They are more common than they seem: flights that arrive after midnight, at 1 am or at 5 in the morning. The service runs seven days a week, day and night, and the driver waits in arrivals whatever the hour. All we ask is that you arrange it ahead of time.
What to tell us when booking a small-hours arrival
- The flight number and the official arrival time.
- The exact address of your accommodation, with block and lot if it is a house.
- A contact number for the pousada or the host.
If your flight is delayed
We follow the flight number, and if it moves earlier or later we adjust the wait with no extra charge for the delay. More in delayed flight.

For very early flights, pickup can be at night. Work out your margin with what time to leave.
