How to give us your flight
When you book, write the full number (the airline's two letters and the digits) and the arrival time. With that we follow the flight in real time. Galeao has two terminals and each airline uses one: tell us your airline so we drop or meet you in the right place.
JetSMART
If you fly JetSMART, check the arrival time on your itinerary carefully: some flights land after midnight or at first light. See the late-night transfer and tell us the real time.
LATAM
With LATAM you can land on an international flight or a domestic connection. If you have a connection, send the number of the last leg (the one that lands at Galeao), not the first.
GOL
If you come from another Brazilian city with GOL, give the flight that lands at Galeao. If your flight lands at Santos Dumont, see the transfer from Santos Dumont.
Aerolíneas Argentinas and Sky
For flights from Buenos Aires, Santiago or other cities in the region, the procedure is the same: flight number, time and address in Buzios. If your flight has a stopover, always use the flight that lands in Rio.
